Frustration

Phase 2 Im doing horrible, I am back to 183lbs and up to 15% body fat.  I only did 2 execises this week. MONDAY AND TUESDAY.  I missed Wed-Thurs because I had a horrible pain in my chest like I strained a muscle.  It hurt to breath so I didnt want to push myself.  I have to get back on track though.  I think I am going to do some Kenpo and maybe some Ab Ripper X today then get back onto my schedule of what I am suppose to do daily. Its hard forcing myself to workout by myself.  I have made a few bad choices recently nutrition wise and that is going to have to stop.  Starting Monday NO MORE SODA AT ALL FOR ME!  Also I need to make sure NO JUNK FOOD gets in this house at all!!!!  Phase 2 ends  June 12th so i have time to turn this phase around.
