Real Estate Career!!

I passed my exam back on the 9th of August and now I am just waiting for the Department of Real Estate... DRE to send me the packet so that I can apply for my license!  I HATE WAITING!!! I really want to start working Real Estate! There is so much potential for me there but I can not tap into it until I start, part of me is frustrated because a clerical error pushed me back by over a month.  Century 21 wants me to attend a class 12-5 for 1 week.  There is only one problem with that, I work 230-8 and obviously can not be in 2 places at once.  I do not get anymore vacation time until after 9/25 but then it does not matter because the rest of the year is either full or blacked out for vacations.  That means if they do not let me start without taking that class then I can not start until next year. That would totally suck because I originally planned on starting in July.  Then due to clerical error that changed to September, and now it might be pushed back to January!!! I want to start!!  Well I am expecting a phone call from Century 21 today, so I will find out for sure if I can start as soon as I officially get my license! Wish me luck!!

Start Over

Well Im going to have to start P90x over, I want to go full 90 days exercising, and I have pretty much not done phase 2.  So now I have  to decide when to start over.  If I start over now, I will have to somehow figure out how to workout on vacation, where as if I start over July 25th there are no interruptions. I want to get my body to look like the trainer from Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition.  If anyone has any advice on how to get this done please let me know. I know im not as bad as some people weight wise but for me im over being this way. As of right now I am 181.2 lbs and my stomach is 34 inches.  My BMI is 25.37 and 27.2lbs are body fat.  My goal for my birthday is to hit 179.9, I should be able to do it its 1.3lbs in 2 weeks.

LIfe cont....

I dont know if im going to be able to finish P90x on schedule, I missed 1 week due to injuring a muscle, then I came back for 1 day then missed 4 days because I have had the most horrible tension headache.  I wanted to finish before my anniversary vacation which is july 18th, but I have now missed 3 weeks due to illness/injury.  Now I can either put the past weeks aside and continue at 110% or I can start over and I would have to do my exercises through my anniversasry vacation.  I don't what to do...I want to continue and see what my final stats are, but at the same time I could get a better phase 1 workout now that I have actual weights to use...help me decide!

Frustration

Phase 2 Im doing horrible, I am back to 183lbs and up to 15% body fat.  I only did 2 execises this week. MONDAY AND TUESDAY.  I missed Wed-Thurs because I had a horrible pain in my chest like I strained a muscle.  It hurt to breath so I didnt want to push myself.  I have to get back on track though.  I think I am going to do some Kenpo and maybe some Ab Ripper X today then get back onto my schedule of what I am suppose to do daily. Its hard forcing myself to workout by myself.  I have made a few bad choices recently nutrition wise and that is going to have to stop.  Starting Monday NO MORE SODA AT ALL FOR ME!  Also I need to make sure NO JUNK FOOD gets in this house at all!!!!  Phase 2 ends  June 12th so i have time to turn this phase around.

Weight Watchers for Men

Ok in an effort to eat more healthy I am signing up with weight watchers for men.  I understand that this alone will not make me lose weight, but what I am trying to accomplish with this is to eat healthier and eliminate the foods that are not good.  I know some people will probably think im crazy for this because I have eliminated soda completely and I have now decided to eliminate POWERADE, mainly due to the fact that it is very high in sodium.  I have a jug that holds 2.3 liters of water and that is all I will be drinking from now on, just good old water... Now I would be able to exercise more if I had someone to do it with, seeing it as I dont I am trying to find ways to exercise on my own, wish me luck!
