Weight Loss

Yay I have lost 3 lbs and am currently 183! Only 3 more pounds and Im in the heathly weight range but 23 more to my goal!

Weight Watchers for Men

Ok in an effort to eat more healthy I am signing up with weight watchers for men.  I understand that this alone will not make me lose weight, but what I am trying to accomplish with this is to eat healthier and eliminate the foods that are not good.  I know some people will probably think im crazy for this because I have eliminated soda completely and I have now decided to eliminate POWERADE, mainly due to the fact that it is very high in sodium.  I have a jug that holds 2.3 liters of water and that is all I will be drinking from now on, just good old water... Now I would be able to exercise more if I had someone to do it with, seeing it as I dont I am trying to find ways to exercise on my own, wish me luck!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Im so mad!!

Im so mad I could break something! I don't know why my weight goes up so much. Its driving me crazy.  I just want to say sorry to everyone who I always made fun of for not being able to lose weight. I am also sorry for teasing people about how I was so skinny.  I miss my 155 days.  Damn this epilepsy!!! Since I was diagnosed with it my weight has gone up 30 lbs.  For the first time ever I think I might hit 190 and I dont want to.  I know I use to say that I really wanted to gain weight, well I changed my mind I dont....I want my 155 cant gain or lose life back. F*** this epilepsy!!!! Stupid medication makes me want to eat more and I DONT LIKE IT!!!!!! I just want to scream!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

My weight is up!!!

No longer 12 weeks

Well its been a very long time since I posted last, and I feel that has part to do with the fact that I will not be hitting my 12 week goal.  It saddens me very much.  In the month of February I gained 7lbs and so far in March I havent really lost any.  This is my weight chart http://www.weightchart.com/member.aspx?u=bancell5
