Man I did not do good yesterday at all, I went to Chili's for lunch which calories wise I probably shouldnt have done. I did enjoy going to lunch with my wife but it cost me. My lunch was over 2000 calories which is just shy of the 2100 that I have set for my daily intake. I counted my calories again, which I ended up getting close to 4000 which wouldnt have been so bad but all the excersise that I did was my 300 crunches. I told myself that today I would be extra good and get alot of exercise done today. Wish me luck
