Ok so I have been horrible, all I have done these 2 days is count my calories....I need to get back into exercising and posting every day. I just seem to be so busy that I cant find the time, I dont excercise in the morning because I am not fully awake, but then I don't have time in the day to do it. I need to do something aerobic, something to make me sweat...alot....any ideas other than walking my dog then let me know. Hopefully until tomorrow.. =)
